At Comdata, we understand that the nation's best talent requires a competitive benefits package. Comdata offers a full range of competitive benefits which can be seen here, but also recognize that additional benefits specific to the military population are important.

Salary Differential
Comdata employees who are members of the Armed Forces Reserves or National Guard who are ordered to annual active duty training are eligible for a leave of absence and military differential pay up to a maximum of 10 days each military training year. Employees who are called into temporary special duty, enlist, or are drafted are also eligible for an unpaid leave of absence. If your military compensation for annual active duty training is less than your regular base salary or wages, you will receive compensation for the difference.

National Guard or Reservists Called to Active
Military leave will be granted for periods of active military service up to five years (unless longer statutory exceptions apply). The employee is required to give advance notice of military training and/or active duty unless it is impossible or unreasonable due to military necessity. Comdata will even maintain an employee's current level of base pay less the offset for military base pay for up to twenty-four months in any five-year leave for either voluntary or involuntary call to active duty.

Reinstatement Following Military Leave
Upon completion of military leave, Comdata will make reasonable efforts to reinstate associates to the same or similar position. To be eligible to return to work, the associate must
(1) be released from military service under "honorable discharge" and provide a certificate of satisfactory completion of service; and
(2) apply for reemployment (for leaves longer than 30 days) and report to work in a timely manner.
